The first room they gave me did not have a security latch on the door in room # 121, nor a fridge, or a microwave, and the room smelled stale. I went back to the front desk to complain about it and that I was worried for my safety. The Desk clerk exchanged my room for me and gave me a suite instead with a private living room, kitchenette, a whirlpool tub, and the two queen-sized beds that I had originally needed, all on the main floor with front access to the pool area and the lobby. I greatly appreciate this gesture very much, for every time I come to Savannah for any occasion where I have to stay overnight I always stay at this motel. I have been coming to this motel for about 15 years for my birthday and other reasons and I have only had to specific times that I have not had good service, but both times were corrected immediately !

Location is great. Staff is super friendly. I love coming to this Hotel. However, I was disappointed to learn, few months ago, they started charging 100.00 security deposit (that I never had to pay before). Sometimes, you just don't have it. Overall, I still love coming to this hotel.

Great customer service and friendly staff including the hotel manager, front staff, the groundskeepers and maids. Very nice rooms. Shower gets hot.

The beds were comfortable and we had free Wi-Fi. The motel was in a nice area. It was close to a lot of other hotels and restaurants.
